Zentool Backing Plates are designed to work specifically with Zentool 21mm DA Polishers.. Additionally they are perforated to allow air to circulate through the Optimum Foam and Wool Pads and through the polisher. This air movement will keep paint, pad, and polisher cooler which will improve the performance and the results. Additionally the lower temperatures will make your polisher and pads last longer and prevent paint from being damaged due to excessive heat and shear. The New RV & Marine Polish is a unique and powerful polish that will make quick work of removing oxidation and scratches on gelcoat surfaces such as RVs and Boats and leaves a perfect Finish behind. The rapid leveling will leave the Gelcoat clean and ready for adding protection with Optimum Opti-Seal.
Optimum RV & Marine Polish can be used as a medium to light compound as well as a finishing polish all in one. When used with Optimum DA and Optimum Hyper Wool pad, it will perform as a medium compound. Follow with the Optimum Orange or Black Pad and get a perfect finish with great gloss!
Directions:
1. Shake well before using.
2. Apply 1 to 2 sprays on the pad for each 2 square foot section.
3. Use Optimum DA with medium to heavy pressure for fast cutting, lightening the pressure on the final few passes to create a deeper gloss with no marring.
4. Use a dampened microfiber towel to remove residue. -

Opti-Coat RV & Marine is a ceramic clear coating warrantied for up to 5 years with superior resistance to scratching (9H), chemical etching, fading due to UV, and provides outstanding release properties. Opti-Coat RV & Marine pre-polymer cross links and forms a continuous protective film on the painted gel coat surfaces it is applied to, similar to a single component isocyanate that forms a clear coat finish. Opti-Coat RV & Marine has better chemical resistance, scratch & mar resistance, and release properties than any paint coating in use. It provides permanent protection for all modern factory paints and gel coats and can also be used to protect metal and hard plastic surfaces. WASHING For best results, wash with Opti-Coat No Rinse on a monthly basis at a minimum to avoid excessive contamination build up on the surface. Avoid washing your Boat or RV in direct sunlight if possible. Heated panels will cause drying and possibly leave streaks and water spotting on the surface. If this is not an option, then wash and dry one panel at a time for best results. Wash the cleanest panels first. Leave the dirtiest panels for last to avoid cross contamination. Usually this involves starting from the top panels and followed by the lower ones. DRYING Always dry your RV or Boat completely and never allow it to air dry. Tap water contains minerals. When the water evaporates, these minerals are deposited on the surface creating water spots. As the minerals harden with heat, they can be extremely difficult to remove from the surface. SPOT REMOVAL OF SURFACE CONTAMINATION Never use abrasive products to polish the coating or to remove surface contamination. Never use excessive rubbing or force to remove spot contamination. Surface contamination such as tar and other contaminants should be removed as soon as possible to avoid temporary staining of the coating and/or hardening on the surface requiring professional removal. Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is the most advanced polymer system that is specifically designed for the protection of headlight lenses. This hybrid resin is a combination of Opti-Coat ceramic resin and an acrylic resin for maximum bonding and protection of acrylic and polycarbonate lenses. Additionally Optimum Opti-Lens Coating contains high levels of UV absorbers to minimize discoloration and fading of automotive headlight lenses. Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is highly concentrated. Once applied, Optimum Opti-Lens Coating will form a permanent bond to the surface and can only be removed by polishing or paint removers. 30 cc Directions: 1. Clean headlights with 15% IPA solution to remove any oils, waxes, or sealants. 2. Remove all the oxidation by sanding and then polishing the headlights with Optimum Polish II or Optimum Hyper Polish. 3. Wipe down the entire lens with a clean damp microfiber towel to remove any polishing residue. 4. Prime the applicator pad by making an X pattern across the pad. Only a few drops will be needed per headlight lens. 5. Wipe Optimum Opti-Lens Coating on the headlight lens in a circular or back and forth direction. 6. Within 5 minutes, inspect the headlight with adequate lighting looking for any thick areas that have not flashed away to clear. 7. Use the foam applicator or an Optimum Multi-Surface Microfiber Towel to wipe down and remove any excess. (Previous product code was OLC2013-30) -
