Opti-Guard Leather creates a hydrophobic coating to protect coated leather and vinyl surfaces from premature aging, cracking and other damage such as color transfer and staining. Opti-Guard Leather is manufactured using a hubrid ceramic and acrylic resins that allows a strong, flexible coating for these softer surfaces with complete protection from UV damage. Opti-Guard Leather is resistant to chemicals providing multi-year protection which is unheard of for leather coatings. It contains special matting agents to maintain the original factory appearance of the surfaces it is applied to. Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is the most advanced polymer system that is specifically designed for the protection of headlight lenses. This hybrid resin is a combination of Opti-Coat ceramic resin and an acrylic resin for maximum bonding and protection of acrylic and polycarbonate lenses. Additionally Optimum Opti-Lens Coating contains high levels of UV absorbers to minimize discoloration and fading of automotive headlight lenses. Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is highly concentrated. Once applied, Optimum Opti-Lens Coating will form a permanent bond to the surface and can only be removed by polishing or paint removers. 30 cc Directions: 1. Clean headlights with 15% IPA solution to remove any oils, waxes, or sealants. 2. Remove all the oxidation by sanding and then polishing the headlights with Optimum Polish II or Optimum Hyper Polish. 3. Wipe down the entire lens with a clean damp microfiber towel to remove any polishing residue. 4. Prime the applicator pad by making an X pattern across the pad. Only a few drops will be needed per headlight lens. 5. Wipe Optimum Opti-Lens Coating on the headlight lens in a circular or back and forth direction. 6. Within 5 minutes, inspect the headlight with adequate lighting looking for any thick areas that have not flashed away to clear. 7. Directions:
To Kill Fungi: Pre-clean visibly soiled surfaces. Apply Assure undiluted to hard, non-porous surfaces and let air dry.
To Control Mold/Mildew: Apply Assure undiluted to hard, non-porous surfaces which will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and their odors. Repeat treatment once every seven days if new growth appears.
For Use as a General Disinfectant:
1. Pre-clean visibly soiled surfaces.
2. Apply Assure undiluted to the surfaces with a sponge, brush, cloth, or trigger spray. For spray application, spray 6-8 inches form the surface. Do not breathe spray.
3. Treated surfaces must remain visibly wet for 1 minute to kill SARS Covid2and 10 minutes to kill all organisms listed above. Rinse with potable water after use on surfaces that come in contact with food.
4. Wipe dry with a clean cloth or allow to air dry.
5. Change solution when visibly dirty. -
The latest in sponge technology, the Big Red Sponge is oversized at 7”x 5”x 3” for greater ease of use. Both sides of the sponge are cross cut, creating channels that pull dirt from the paint and reduce marring. The porous foam will hold a great deal of cleaning/lubricating solution allowing larger sections to be safely washed before wringing and reloading the sponge. Optimum Black Waffle Foam Pad is a great one step polishing pad that can be used with Zentool DA Polisher to remove medium to light scratches and swirl marks in one or two passes. The waffle design as well as the breathable backing plate of Zentool DA Polisher keeps the surface cool to avoid burnishing the paint that is caused by over-heating the surface. Directions: To remove 3,000 grit or finer sanding marks spray Optimum Hyper™ Compound on the Optimum Black Waffle Foam Pad using Zentool DA Polisher at speed of 3-4 or a rotary buffer at 1200-1400 RPM. This combination will remove (not hide) scratches after 1-2 passes and leave a finish with zero marring that is free of swirl marks. Follow up with Optimum Hyper Polish and Optimum Black Waffle Foam Pad to refine the paint surface before applying Optimum Car Wax. -
