Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is the most advanced polymer system that is specifically designed for the protection of headlight lenses. This hybrid resin is a combination of Opti-Coat 2.0 ceramic resin and an acrylic resin for maximum bonding and protection of acrylic and polycarbonate lenses. Additionally Optimum Opti-Lens Coating contains high levels of UV absorbers to minimize discoloration and fading of automotive headlight lenses. Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is highly concentrated and one tube is enough to cover 5-6 sets of headlights. Once applied, Optimum Opti-Lens Coating will form a permanent bond to the surface and can only be removed by polishing or paint removers. Directions: 1. Clean headlights with 15% IPA solution to remove any oils, waxes, or sealants. 2. Remove all the oxidation by sanding and then polishing the headlights with Optimum Polish II or Optimum Hyper Polish. 3. Wipe down the entire lens with a clean damp microfiber towel to remove any polishing residue. 4. Prime the applicator pad by making an X pattern across the pad. Only a few drops will be needed per headlight lens. 5. Wipe Optimum Opti-Lens Coating on the headlight lens in a circular or back and forth direction. 6. Within 5 minutes, inspect the headlight with adequate lighting looking for any thick areas that have not flashed away to clear. 7. Use the foam applicator or an Optimum Multi-Surface Microfiber Towel to wipe down and remove any excess. -

The spray application makes priming the pad very easy and reduces product usage. GPS™ creates a perfect shine on all types of paint, fiberglass, gel coat and smooth molded plastic. A single application provides "optimum" protection for your vehicle that lasts for months! Directions for use: Hand Application: Spray on a small area and wipe in with a dampened foam or cloth applicator. After slight hazing occurs, wipe-off with a microfiber or terry towel for a perfect shine. Machine Application: Apply with orbital or rotary polisher and appropriate pad for the job. Spray once to prime the pad and one spray per panel to create a lubricating barrier between the buffing pad and the surface. Work across the area until product disappears. (We suggest 1000-1400 rpms for rotary polishers). Wipe with a lightly misted cotton towel for a steak-free, perfect finish. For deeper surface imperfections, use Optimum Polish or Optimum Compound prior to GPS. -
Optimum Opti-Glass Coating is designed to chemically bond to silica based surfaces such as automotive glass and provide long term water repellency and improve resistance against scratching and rock chips for up to one year. Use the Optimum Glass Clean & Protect for subsequent cleaning to increase the longevity of Optimum Opti-Glass Coating indefinitely. Optimum Opti-Glass Coating is highly concentrated and one bottle is enough to cover 20-30 windshields. The improved visibility and the increased chip resistance that Optimum Opti-Glass Coating provides will make driving safer and more enjoyable. Additionally Optimum Opti-Glass Coating will prevent ice or snow from bonding to the glass surfaces. For best results before applying Optimum Opti-Glass Coating make sure the surface of glass is clean and free of any contaminants. Directions: Apply when the temperature is between 60°-90° F (15°-30°C). Do not apply in direct sunlight. 1. Polish glass as needed with Optimum Polish II or Opti-Eraser to remove any bonded contaminants. 2. Wipe down the surface with 15% Isopropanol (Rubbing Alcohol) solution to remove any oils or sealers. 3. Apply an even amount of Optimum Opti-Glass Coating to an applicator pad. 4. Wipe Optimum Opti-Glass Coating onto one half of the windshield at a time in a circular manner. 5. Allow Optimum Opti-Glass Coating to dry for 2 minutes and then wipe off the excess. If you do not remove the excess coating, it will harden and will require polishing to remove it. (Net: 60 CC) -

Optimum Hyper™ Compound is the first and only spray compound in the marketplace that can remove 1,000 grit and deep scratches in seconds while creating a great finish. Optimum Hyper™ Compound was designed for professional detailers and auto body shops to cut through wet sanding marks and deep scratches in one or two passes. Optimum Hyper™ Compound offers all the advantages of Optimum line of polishes with long working time and low to no dusting.
The spray on application provides ease of use and reduces the amount of product needed to a fraction of the traditional products. 2-3 sprays is enough to cover the entire pad making the whole pad do the cutting and eliminating dry buffing. The minor swirls left after using Optimum Hyper™ Compound can easily be removed with the Optimum™ Hyper Polish. Optimum Hyper™ Compound has a long working time to allow complete paint correction with one application. The residue is easily wiped off with a dry or damp microfiber towel. Optimum Hyper™ Compound contains no silicone oils or wax, so it is completely body shop safe.
Optimum Hyper™ Compound can be used at any speed on your polisher with a wool or foam pad. When using a wool buffing pad, the compound will remove 1000 grit sand scratches and lighter using an Optimum Hyper™Wool Foam Pad with Zentool DA Polisher at speed of 3-4 or a rotary buffer at 1200-1400 RPM. Faster buffing speed is not needed with this product. When using a medium or heavy cut foam pad, the compound will remove 2,000 sand scratches and lighter with Zentool DA Polisher at speed of 3-4 or a rotary buffer at 1200-1400 RPM. The compound works more or less aggressively depending on the pad you choose.
Directions:
To remove 1,000 grit or finer sanding marks spray Optimum Hyper™ Compound on the Optimum Hyper™Wool Foam Pad using Zentool DA Polisher at speed of 3-4 or a rotary buffer at 1200-1400 RPM. To remove lighter scratches and swirl marks, spray Optimum Hyper™ Compound on an orange waffle or black waffle foam pad using Zentool DA Polisher at speed of 3-4 or a rotary buffer at 1200-1400 RPM.
1. Shake Well.
2. Use 2-3 sprays initially to prime the pad. After the initial priming, use two sprays per panel. There is no need to apply additional product since Optimum Hyper™ Compound has a long working time and will continue on working to remove the scratches.
3. Use light to medium pressure on the buffer until desired results are achieved.
4. Wipe off residue with a dampened microfiber towel. Follow up with Optimum Hyper Polish to refine the paint surface before applying Optimum Car Wax. -
Optimum Intensive Polish is a fast cutting polish that leaves a great finish in one step in most cases. It works as a compound with a wool pad that removes 2,000 grit or lighter wet sanding marks, and a medium polish with a polishing pad that can finish in one step. Just like all Optimum polishes, Optimum Intensive Polish is extremely easy to use and has a long working time with no dusting or sling issues. Its spray application minimizes the chance of overloading or gumming up the pad, and it provides an even application. Optimum Intensive Polish easily wipes off with a damp microfiber towel, whether you use it in the sun or shade, to achieve outstanding results. Optimum Intensive Polish works quickly to remove (not hide) swirl marks, scratches, and other blemishes, while creating a perfect shine on all types of paint. By spraying the polish onto a buffing pad, you can effectively prime the entire pad with minimal amount of product. Therefore you are using the entire pad to polish the paint and achieve better results in less time than a conventional polish. Optimum Intensive Polish has excellent workability on painted surfaces and will not clog buffing pads. Aggressive enough for paint correction and swirl removal, yet the shine, clarity, and gloss of the paint left behind requires only final protection in most cases. Directions: To remove 2,000 grit or finer sanding marks spray Optimum Intensive Polish on the Optimum Wool Pad using Zentool DA Polisher at speed of 3-4 or a rotary buffer at 1200-1400 RPM. To remove lighter scratches and swirl marks, spray Optimum Intensive Polish on the orange waffle or black waffle foam pad using Zentool DA Polisher at speed of 3-4 or a rotary buffer at 1200-1400 RPM. 1. Optimum Tire Shine is a water-based, solvent-free, and VOC free formula that provides great shine to tires and vinyl surfaces. While Optimum Tire Shine can be easily sprayed, it has great cling to keep it on the tires. When applied properly, it provides great gloss for tires that lasts a few weeks with no slinging issues. Tire manufacturers recommend against solvent-based tire dressings since solvents can penetrate the tire and leach out and remove its protective UV and ozone components. This will cause yellowing and premature cracking and failure of tires according to the tire manufacturers. Optimum Tire Shine has no chemical solvents and therefore will not cause damage to the tires. Furthermore, Optimum Tire Shine contains the same UV and Ozone protectants that are used in the manufacturing of tires for additional protection against the elements. Optimum Tire Shine contains no chemical solvents or other environmentally hazardous compounds. Optimum MDR™ Mineral Deposit Remover is the most advanced cleaner that dissolves and removes mineral deposits and other contaminants from exterior automotive surfaces. It is a non-abrasive chemical cleaner that will dissolve and remove water based contaminants without the need to polish or abrade the surface. Simply wipe Optimum MDR™ on painted or other automotive surfaces to dissolve and remove minerals. A combination of acids and cleaning agents will break down and dissolve these contaminants and make the surface clean and smooth again witout affecting or removing paint! Directions: Pour Optimum MDR™ on a clean microfiber towel or foam applicator. Wipe on the surface and work it in for 30 - 60 seconds. Wipe off the residue and check to see if the surface is clean and free of mineral deposits. Repeat the above steps as required to remove any remaining contaminants. Wash the surface to remove any remaining chemical residue.
