WASHING For best results, wash with Opti-Coat No Rinse on a monthly basis at a minimum to avoid excessive contamination build up on the surface. Avoid washing your Boat or RV in direct sunlight if possible. Heated panels will cause drying and possibly leave streaks and water spotting on the surface. If this is not an option, then wash and dry one panel at a time for best results. Wash the cleanest panels first. Leave the dirtiest panels for last to avoid cross contamination. Usually this involves starting from the top panels and followed by the lower ones. DRYING Always dry your RV or Boat completely and never allow it to air dry. Tap water contains minerals. When the water evaporates, these minerals are deposited on the surface creating water spots. As the minerals harden with heat, they can be extremely difficult to remove from the surface. SPOT REMOVAL OF SURFACE CONTAMINATION Never use abrasive products to polish the coating or to remove surface contamination. Never use excessive rubbing or force to remove spot contamination. Surface contamination such as tar and other contaminants should be removed as soon as possible to avoid temporary staining of the coating and/or hardening on the surface requiring professional removal. The New & Improved Opti-Guard Fabric creates a more stain resistant and water repellent coating to protect fabric seats, carpets, and other textile surfaces. When liquids come in contact with Opti-Guard Fabric, the surface repels the substance without penetrating or staining the material. The New & Improved Opti-Guard Fabric forms a strong bond with the fibers to prevent removal during cleaning. This is the Opti-Guard Fabric stand-alone product for professional application and does not include a warranty. -

Opti-Guard Leather is manufactured using a hybrid ceramic and acrylic resins that allows a strong, flexible coating for these softer surfaces with complete protection from UV damage. Opti-Guard Leather is resistant to chemicals providing multi-year protection which is unheard of for leather coatings. It contains special matting agents to maintain the original factory appearance of the surfaces it is applied to. Apply Opti-Guard Leather to leather seats, vinyl dashboards, leather and vinyl trim pieces for complete protection inside and out. Opti-Guard Leather should not be used on Tanned Leather surfaces. Optimum Opti-Trim™ Protect is a clear hybrid resin coating designed to prevent plastic trim from UV damage. Opti-Trim Protect contains a high level of UV absorbers to help prevent fading of plastic trim and maintain the factory appearance. Opti-Trim Protect also contains special dye additives to restore faded and oxidized trim back to a like-new factory appearance. Additionally Opti-Trim Protect helps prevent future fading and provides long term protection. Packaged in 30 cc syringe - enough for 3 - 5 vehicles depending on the amount to be treated. -
Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is the most advanced polymer system that is specifically designed for the protection of headlight lenses. This hybrid resin is a combination of Opti-Coat ceramic resin and an acrylic resin for maximum bonding and protection of acrylic and polycarbonate lenses. Additionally Optimum Opti-Lens Coating contains high levels of UV absorbers to minimize discoloration and fading of automotive headlight lenses. Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is highly concentrated. Once applied, Optimum Opti-Lens Coating will form a permanent bond to the surface and can only be removed by polishing or paint removers. 30 cc Directions: 1. Clean headlights with 15% IPA solution to remove any oils, waxes, or sealants. 2. Remove all the oxidation by sanding and then polishing the headlights with Optimum Polish II or Optimum Hyper Polish. 3. Wipe down the entire lens with a clean damp microfiber towel to remove any polishing residue. 4. Prime the applicator pad by making an X pattern across the pad. Only a few drops will be needed per headlight lens. 5. Wipe Optimum Opti-Lens Coating on the headlight lens in a circular or back and forth direction. 6. Within 5 minutes, inspect the headlight with adequate lighting looking for any thick areas that have not flashed away to clear. 7. Use the foam applicator or an Optimum Multi-Surface Microfiber Towel to wipe down and remove any excess. (Previous product code was OLC2013-30) -

- Pro Plus requires twice as much product per car. Therefore, the Opti-Coat Pro Plus packs will include 15 cc of Opti-Coat Pro and 10 cc of the Pro Plus in every warranty box and the cost will be $250.00 per pack effective immediately.
- What you need to know:
- Pro Plus should be applied over Opti-Coat Pro within 30-45 minutes of Pro application. This will make the application much easier and will maximize bonding.
- Wait till 75-80% of the Pro Plus crosslinks and goes clear, then wipe off the excess. The crosslinking of the Pro Plus will be much faster, therefore you will need to wipe off excess fairly quickly.
- As your towel saturates, you will want to switch to a new towel.
