Optimum Opti-Glass Coating is designed to chemically bond to silica based surfaces such as automotive glass and provide long term water repellency and improve resistance against scratching and rock chips for up to one year. Use the Optimum Glass Clean & Protect for subsequent cleaning to increase the longevity of Optimum Opti-Glass Coating indefinitely. Optimum Opti-Glass Coating is highly concentrated and one bottle is enough to cover 20-30 windshields. The improved visibility and the increased chip resistance that Optimum Opti-Glass Coating provides will make driving safer and more enjoyable. Additionally Optimum Opti-Glass Coating will prevent ice or snow from bonding to the glass surfaces. For best results before applying Optimum Opti-Glass Coating make sure the surface of glass is clean and free of any contaminants. Directions: Apply when the temperature is between 60°-90° F (15°-30°C). Do not apply in direct sunlight. 1. Polish glass as needed with Optimum Polish II or Opti-Eraser to remove any bonded contaminants. 2. Wipe down the surface with 15% Isopropanol (Rubbing Alcohol) solution to remove any oils or sealers. 3. Apply an even amount of Optimum Opti-Glass Coating to an applicator pad. 4. Wipe Optimum Opti-Glass Coating onto one half of the windshield at a time in a circular manner. 5. Allow Optimum Opti-Glass Coating to dry for 2 minutes and then wipe off the excess. If you do not remove the excess coating, it will harden and will require polishing to remove it. (Net: 60 CC) -

The spray application makes priming the pad very easy and reduces product usage. GPS™ creates a perfect shine on all types of paint, fiberglass, gel coat and smooth molded plastic. A single application provides "optimum" protection for your vehicle that lasts for months! Directions for use: Hand Application: Spray on a small area and wipe in with a dampened foam or cloth applicator. After slight hazing occurs, wipe-off with a microfiber or terry towel for a perfect shine. Machine Application: Apply with orbital or rotary polisher and appropriate pad for the job. Spray once to prime the pad and one spray per panel to create a lubricating barrier between the buffing pad and the surface. Work across the area until product disappears. (We suggest 1000-1400 rpms for rotary polishers). Wipe with a lightly misted cotton towel for a steak-free, perfect finish. For deeper surface imperfections, use Optimum Polish or Optimum Compound prior to GPS. -

However, most of today's cars have a clear coat finish that not only gets scratched much easier, but it also shows scratches and blemishes much more. These traditional towels create swirl marks on the clear coat finish every time they are used. That is why Microfiber is the only towel that should come in contact with clear coat finishes and is the choice of most car wash and detailing professionals. Optimum Multi-Surface Towel is the finest grade of Microfiber available and is a blend of hydrophilic (polyamide) and hydrophobic (polyester) fibers and is lint free. Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is the most advanced polymer system that is specifically designed for the protection of headlight lenses. This hybrid resin is a combination of Opti-Coat 2.0 ceramic resin and an acrylic resin for maximum bonding and protection of acrylic and polycarbonate lenses. Additionally Optimum Opti-Lens Coating contains high levels of UV absorbers to minimize discoloration and fading of automotive headlight lenses. Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is highly concentrated and one tube is enough to cover 5-6 sets of headlights. Once applied, Optimum Opti-Lens Coating will form a permanent bond to the surface and can only be removed by polishing or paint removers. Directions: 1. Clean headlights with 15% IPA solution to remove any oils, waxes, or sealants. 2. Remove all the oxidation by sanding and then polishing the headlights with Optimum Polish II or Optimum Hyper Polish. 3. Wipe down the entire lens with a clean damp microfiber towel to remove any polishing residue. 4. Prime the applicator pad by making an X pattern across the pad. Only a few drops will be needed per headlight lens. 5. Wipe Optimum Opti-Lens Coating on the headlight lens in a circular or back and forth direction. 6. Within 5 minutes, inspect the headlight with adequate lighting looking for any thick areas that have not flashed away to clear. 7. Use the foam applicator or an Optimum Multi-Surface Microfiber Towel to wipe down and remove any excess. -

WASHING For best results, wash with Opti-Coat No Rinse on a monthly basis at a minimum to avoid excessive contamination build up on the surface. Avoid washing your Boat or RV in direct sunlight if possible. Heated panels will cause drying and possibly leave streaks and water spotting on the surface. If this is not an option, then wash and dry one panel at a time for best results. Wash the cleanest panels first. Leave the dirtiest panels for last to avoid cross contamination. Usually this involves starting from the top panels and followed by the lower ones. DRYING Always dry your RV or Boat completely and never allow it to air dry. Tap water contains minerals. When the water evaporates, these minerals are deposited on the surface creating water spots. As the minerals harden with heat, they can be extremely difficult to remove from the surface. SPOT REMOVAL OF SURFACE CONTAMINATION Never use abrasive products to polish the coating or to remove surface contamination. Never use excessive rubbing or force to remove spot contamination. Surface contamination such as tar and other contaminants should be removed as soon as possible to avoid temporary staining of the coating and/or hardening on the surface requiring professional removal. Optimum Purple Foam Wool Pad is a thick plush pad that works well with Optimum Compound or Optimum Intensive™ Compound to remove 2,000 grit or finer sanding marks in one or two passes. The 1" thickness allows this pad to work with both rotary polishers and Zentool DA Polisher for quickly removing scratches safely and effectively. Clean the pad by using a brush or spur as needed. Available in 6" and 7" diameter.
