Optimum Waffle Wash Sponge is manufactured using the highest quality open cell foam. This type of open cell foam is a dense material that is also extremely soft and flexible at the same time. Optimum Waffle Wash Sponge will hold a high volume of water and suds that are easily released to produce a rich lather. The super soft foam material and the shape of the sponge work together to produce the safest possible wash media for both regular washing and rinseless washing with Optimum No Rinse™ Wash & Shine and Optimum No Rinse™ Wash & Wax. The open cell structure draws dirt particles into the sponge and away from the surface. At the same time the sponge also features a waffle pattern face to channel further dirt particles away from the surface. This greatly reduces wash induced swirls and scratches on soft finishes. Optimum Premium Extra Large Waffle Weave Microfiber Drying Towel (24" x 36") is a super absorbent, zero lint towel that can easily dry a complete car to a lint free and streak free finish. The microfiber waffle weave material is soft on the surface and won't cause severe swirl marks that are commonly seen with chamois drying cloths. To use a waffle weave drying towel, it is a little different to a chamois. Avoid excessive rubbing, and allow the weight of the cloth to absorb the water as you glide it over the surface. Pat dry where necessary allowing the absorbent material to absorb, rather than wipe away the water. For best results "sheet" excess water from the panels using low water pressure. This will minimize contact required with the surface by removing a majority of the water.
